If you want to hire us to be your accountants, fill out the short form below. We have a super quick, 5-minute process to get you started. Once you’re a client, you’ll never have to worry about your taxes or accounts again because we’ll handle everything for you.

What OSA McQuillan will do for you

Send you Year End Accounts
Send Abridged Company Accounts if needed
Directors personal Income Tax Return. The first income tax return that we will be filing is for the year ending 31st December 2024.
Corporation Tax filing*
Sort out VAT returns.
Dealing with the Revenue Commissioners.
Dealing with Companies Office*
Payroll admin including filing month end returns
Tax and accounts advice meaning you can get help when you need it.
Use of online accounts package worth €25 per month
* – these items are for limited companies only
For these services the monthly fee is €239 per month.

What we’ll ask of you

Email your purchases and sales invoices.
Send any letters you receive from Companies Registration Office, or the Revenue Commissioners office as soon as you receive them. We can deal with issues as they come up.
And finally each month send us copies of your bank statements ideally in CSV format.

Our Fees

Our most popular package costs €239 plus VAT per month for a business with up to two employees and 40 or less transactions per month. Fees are paid by 12 Standing Orders so you have full control. There are no extra costs when you join us as a client or for leaving. for larger volumes please phone.

Before we get year end accounts ready we need to get 12 monthly payments from you after you register with us.
