He is a power user of Sage Accounts Production, AutoEntry, and InvoiceAsap, where he manages sales, purchases, and credit note processing with meticulous accuracy.
E-commerce & Systems Management: Beyond core accounting, Luis is an expert in managing Shopify and WordPress environments. He oversees inventory control, product management, and price adjustments, providing essential support for clients operating in the digital marketplace.
IT Infrastructure & Technical Problem Solving: Luis serves as the firm’s internal IT anchor. From basic programming to solving complex software conflicts, he keeps all systems updated. His proficiency in Advanced QuickBooks and MS Office Suite allows him to troubleshoot and optimize the tools our team uses to serve our clients.
